Hi! My name is Candy and I am the creator and founder of Cakes by Candy est 2022. Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.  Ever since I was old enough to help my mom bake cakes and cookies in the kitchen. I still have some of the same pans she used to use that I still use today! 

As soon as I started in college I worked a part-time in an ice cream shop that sold cakes and taught myself how to decorate. Cake decorating paid my way through college, and now I have come full circle and back to my true passion for baking and decorating cakes. I have spent over a decade working as a cake decorator for someone else and most of my life baking for friends and loved ones.
